The Baker Party Rentals Story
Baker Party Rentals is a family-owned and operated business located in Costa Mesa, CA. We opened our doors on March 1, 1982, beginning with a small inventory of tables and chairs and one delivery truck. Our philosophy is to provide the finest quality rental equipment in Orange County and we have worked hard to gain our reputation for excellent customer service and expansive product selection.
Since 1982, we have grown substantially. Within the last decade, we have doubled the size of our showroom and tripled the square footage of our warehouses since we are always adding new items to our inventory. We currently operate out of two warehouses on our property and our fleet of delivery trucks service all areas of Orange County, as well as some areas of the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Located in Costa Mesa, our 3,200 square foot showroom is a playground for planning your event. Set up with seasonal tablescapes, it is full of ideas for weddings, dinner parties, baby showers, and other events. On display, you will find at least one of every item we rent, giving you the opportunity to see and touch our inventory. Our friendly staff is happy to walk you through the rental process and offer advice to make your special event a success! We look forward to serving you!
